A Day of Grace: Discipleship Training on April 11

On April 11, our church was blessed with a precious time of Discipleship Training, filled with God’s grace and His living presence. We were especially honored to welcome Pastor Samuel Ryou from Good News Atlanta Church as our guest speaker.

In the days leading up to the event, our hearts were stirred with a deep desire to invite new souls to hear the gospel. Many of us went out in faith meeting people on the streets, visiting homes, and even going to bus terminals to share the good news. This time, we also experienced a new kind of outreach through basketball evangelism, where hearts opened in unexpected and beautiful ways.

As we stepped out, God faithfully led us to those He had already prepared. We witnessed His hand at work as we shared the gospel, and many continued in fellowship through Bible study. It was a reminder that God is always working ahead of us, drawing people to Himself.

On the day of the training, Pastor Samuel Ryou delivered two powerful and Spirit-filled messages. The first session, “What is the Gospel?”, clearly revealed the heart of God. The second session, “The Bronze Serpent,” deeply moved our hearts as we saw Christ reflected through the Scriptures. Every word pointed us back to the truth of salvation and God’s amazing love.

For three hours, the room was filled with a quiet reverence. Attendees listened with sincere and attentive hearts, as if each word was being planted deeply within them. It was not just a seminar it was a time where God Himself was speaking to His people.

We are truly thankful that God allowed us to share His gospel so freely. As we reflect on this day, our hearts are filled with hope and expectation. The same God who worked among us will continue His work in Charlotte.

With this assurance, we look toward tomorrow with joy, believing that even greater things are yet to come.
