The core of the tabernacle is the mercy seat which is above the ark of the covenant. Jesus Christ is the mercy seat that forgives sins. If you take away the forgiveness of sins from Jesus, then there is no point. The lampstand represents Jesus Christ, who is the light. God has opened the way for the saints, who have received the forgiveness of sins and serve Jesus Christ, to be able to dwell in the light.
1 John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.”
God is saying that we are in the light. To be in the light does not mean to not commit sin or to live honestly. Staying inside Jesus Christ, who is the light, is what it means to dwell in the light. Jesus Christ forgave our sins and has become our light, and he is leading us to be in the light.
The table of showbread represents Jesus Christ, who is the bread of life. We eat food to keep our physical strength up. In the same way, the food for our spirit is remembering Jesus Christ. When our hearts are filled with Christ, we can live a life that glorifies God through the power that is in Christ.
The door of the tabernacle also represents Jesus. Jesus is the open door before us. Jesus is the open door, so even if we have problems, anyone who enters in Jesus can break through their problems beautifully.
If we are led by Jesus and enter through Jesus, we finally enter the Most Holy Place. If you go in the Most Holy Place, you come to stand before the glorious mercy seat, where we meet God. There, we meet God and gain the precious blessing to be able to live with God forever.
There are many other precious secrets hidden in the tabernacle than those that God showed me. The tabernacle lectures so far talk only about a very small part. I hope that you loving readers get to know Jesus Christ more deeply through this tabernacle, that you are more fully immersed in him, that all the problems of your heart are solved through Jesus Christ, and that you stand strong in the gospel.
