The altar of incense must be made from acacia wood. The reason is because the mediator between us and God must be a human. Because the mediator must know all our circumstances and weaknesses well.

1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”

Jesus came in the same body as us. After fasting in the wilderness, he was extremely hungry. When he was tired, he would sleep, and when he was weary from walking on the road, he would sit down. When he was nailed on the cross, and he was cut by the crown of thorns, he was in pain. Through these things, we can know that Jesus had the same flesh as us.

Hebrews 4:15 “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.”

Jesus was tempted in all the things we are tempted in, without exception. That is why when we are tempted by sin, he knows very well how to overcome it.
