Tabernacle Lectures (23) The Door of the Tabernacle

If we want to get on an airplane, we have to go through the metal detector. If we have any weapon or metal on us, it will make a beeping sound, so we can’t pass through with those things. In the same way, we can’t go through the door of Jesus Christ with sin. The moment someone who has sin goes through that door, he discovers that all his sins have been washed through the blood of the cross. He becomes a saint according to the word of God. The one who goes through the door is not bound by sin anymore. He gains holiness and righteousness. Now he has nothing to do with sin and can eat, drink, and live with Jesus.
Martin Luther went through that door and became a righteous man. And he shouted, “The just shall live by faith!” John Wesley also went through that door, and he boldly testified, “My sins are all washed.” The Apostle Paul also said, “I was the chief of sinners, but by going through this door, I was washed, sanctified, and justified.”
I hope that everyone who reads these words doesn’t just look at Jesus Christ from outside the tabernacle, but that he goes through the door, is washed from his sins, and experiences Christ. And I hope that you live the rest of your life with Jesus Christ.
