Hebrews 10:20 “By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh.”
It says that Jesus Christ has opened a new and living way for us through his death on the cross. The high priest opens the curtain, which surrounds the tabernacle, to go into the Holy Place. In the same way, we go out to God boldly through Jesus Christ, who was nailed on the cross and died for us. It means that through his death, Jesus Christ has opened a new and living way through the curtain.
God wants us to enter into him through Jesus Christ. He does not want us to fall into the condemnation of Satan and live in pain. There are many people who go to church, but their hearts are never able to be free of Satan’s condemnation. They are overwhelmed by sin and tormented by a guilty conscience, so they lose their boldness to go out to God. So for us to be able to go boldly out to God, sin has to be taken care of. Jesus Christ died on the cross to do that, and now we are able to go boldly before God by relying on the blood of Jesus, which has resolved our sins.
The true life of faith is living with joy and thankfulness inside of the faith that Jesus has forgiven our sins. When we realize that all our sins have been forgiven through the blood of Jesus Christ, we can only be joyful and thankful.
