1 Corinthians 1:30 “But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God – and righteousness and sanctification and redemption”
Jesus came out from God and became our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Therefore, through faith in Jesus Christ we enjoy wisdom, we put on the Lord’s righteousness, and we gain holiness that is from Jesus. Because of Jesus’ redemption, our righteousness does not break, and our wisdom and sanctification are preserved.
We cannot separate Jesus Christ from those who are saved. If you disconnect the electrical wires that connect the light bulb to the power plant, then the light bulb loses its light. It is the same for us: when we go far away from God, we will quickly flow to sin.
The reason we can maintain a holy life after we have received the forgiveness of sins is the same as the ornamental knobs that maintain the beauty of the flowers. Jesus has become our wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, so we can maintain righteousness and sanctification, and go out to God.
