Jesus pointed to himself and said he is the bread of life. The table of shewbread in Exodus 25 represents Jesus Christ, who became the bread of life. It is accepting Jesus Christ, the bread of life, into our hearts, and remembering each thing Jesus has done for us. That is eating Jesus, the bread of life.

If we receive the forgiveness of sins through the blood Jesus shed and accept his words into our hearts, from that point on, the life of the spirit enters inside us. Accepting that life of the spirit is expressed as eating the bread. When we accept Jesus Christ in our hearts, from then on, he lives inside of us and leads us.

When the life of Jesus Christ enters inside us, we are changed into the nature of Jesus Christ and made new without us even realizing it. Jesus leads us, and when our life of the flesh ends and we go to heaven, we will live forever with Jesus Christ.
