As I have served the Lord thus far, the strength to preach the word of God boldly even in various difficulties and hardships did not come from me. I gained new strength in my life through Jesus. When David was tired and exhausted, he gained new strength from the holy bread arranged on the table of showbread. In the same way, we also often fall, but we gain new strength through Jesus Christ, who is the bread of life.

When we go through trials or difficulties, it is not that we should try to overcome. We gain strength as we remember Jesus Christ, who took all our sins and griefs and died on the cross. We discover a fearful God through the law, but through the table of showbread, we come to discover a God who comforts us and gives new strength to us who are weak and lacking.

I hope that, through remembering the Lord, you will gain full strength to live as sons of light, and as you live in this world, you will be saints who lead many people to the Lord.
