Exodus 30:7 “And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense on it.”
God said to burn sweet incense every morning. This sweet incense is something that pleases God. The incense of the altar of incense represents the prayers of intercession. God happily accepts these prayers. Jesus Christ is constantly praying for us. God helps us and gives us grace when we fall down or when we fall into trial because he is listening to Jesus’ prayers.
God is kind. No matter what circumstance I am in, if I just go out to God, he will gladly accept me. I did not know this at first, but later on I realized that Jesus Christ, who is our mediator, was constantly praying for me. Like how the priest in the Old Testament took the sins of Israel and went out before God, Jesus took my weak and lacking things to God and washed my sins with his blood.
Every time I sin, Jesus has become my mediator, and he goes out to God for me. We go out to God relying on the blood of this Jesus.
