The altar has several precious spiritual secrets, but you must clearly grasp the secrets of the horns. By putting the blood on the horns of the altar, the record of our sins has been removed and it is blotted out in God’s eyes. Our sins are nowhere to be found. So in God’s eyes, we are righteous.
Believing this is true faith. The one who has the same heart as God, who believes that his sins are forgiven, and that he has been justified, is eternally free from sin according to that faith.
Romans 4:4-5 “Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.”
In our eyes, we are not devout. But when God looks at us, he says we are righteous because we have already been made righteous through the blood of Jesus. Therefore, God wants us to stand boldly with faith in His promises.
