The altar of burnt offering, altar of incense, ark of the covenant, and all the things of the tabernacle have measurements and sizes, but the bronze laver has no measurement. The reason is because God did not put a limit or restriction on how many of our sins or flaws he will forgive. We must know that Satan made ideas like original sin or actual sin to deceive us, so we are unable to be free from sin.
When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, sin immediately captured their hearts. God had not said anything to Adam, but Adam’s heart was blocked from God and he was unable to boldly go before God, and he lived in darkness. God was heartbroken over this. God wants our hearts to be freed from sin, so the truth is he solved our sins on the cross.
Satan made us unable to realize the deep grace of salvation that appears in the Bible, and our hearts were captured in sin. So when we speak about the forgiveness of sins, people’s hearts are deceived and they think that because Jesus only forgave the original sin that we have to wash away the actual sins we commit. Sin is something only Jesus Christ can forgive.
