Tabernacle Lectures (99) The base of the lampstand

After we receive salvation, the work that God does is more powerful than us trying to change ourselves. If there is no change in our spiritual lives even after we received salvation, then we need to go to the true pastor who will check our spiritual status. If we have received salvation, true change arises when we believe in the fact that we are being changed through Jesus.

The process for one talent of gold to become the lampstand is not through our effort, but through the hands of Aholiab and Bezalel. The process for those who have been saved to look like Jesus is not through them trying to look like Jesus, but it is done through the Holy Spirit. If we try to change ourselves, then actually, the Lord cannot work.

God will work when we rest, so we will be changed into the likeness of Jesus Christ on that day, and God will be glorified. We must know that God is making us, so we have nothing missing for us to be with the Lord forever in the glorious heaven with the same form as Jesus.
